For the health and safety of our employees and guests, we require that all individuals entering any McDermott office location within the United States be fully vaccinated.  Please complete the following form prior to your arrival at our office. If you are not vaccinated or prefer not to disclose your vaccine status, please reach out to your McDermott contact so that we can arrange for a virtual meeting.
